1. Account Signup:
We collect only the information necessary to provide our services. During account creation, we collect your first name, last name, email address, university name, contact number, login password, and IP address (for spam and fraud monitoring). We also verify your email address and contact number as part of our user authentication process.
2. Website Usage:
When you visit our website or use our platform, we log basic information, such as how you arrived at the site, navigation patterns, and feature usage. This data helps us improve our services and develop new features.
3. Payment Processing:
For purchases, payments are processed through Razorpay or other approved payment processors. Agri Analyze does not store full card numbers, CVV, bank account credentials, UPI PINs, or net banking passwords. We may store payment identifiers, payment status, payment response data received from the payment processor, invoice details, invoice file paths, subscription plan details, and transaction records required for service delivery, support, tax, accounting, and legal compliance.
4. Subscription and Transaction Information:
When you purchase or use a subscription plan, we store details such as subscription plan, validity period, number of analyses included, pending analysis count, expiry date, subscription price, currency, invoice file, payment response, status, and purchase/update dates. For research transactions, we may store selected analysis options, uploaded input file path, generated report/output file path, API output file path, invoice file path, transaction status, amount, currency, and processing logs.
5. Event Registrations and Other Interactions:
We collect information when you (i) register for webinars, seminars, or other events, (ii) subscribe to our newsletters, (iii) download tools or resources, (iv) participate in contests or surveys, or (v) request customer support or quotes.
6. Information from cookies:
We use cookies to improve user experience, analyze traffic, and support our analytics services. You can manage your cookie preferences or disable cookies entirely through your browser settings (this might impact the utilization of website by the user).
7. OTP and Account Verification:
We use OTP verification for registration, password updates, profile-related verification, and account security. OTPs may be sent through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other approved communication providers. OTP-related information is used only for verification and security purposes.
8. User Responsibility for Email Access:
Users are responsible for maintaining access to their registered email address. All reports, invoices, receipts, OTPs, subscription alerts, and service communications may be sent via email. If you lose access to your registered email address, please contact support. Agri Analyze is not liable for undelivered emails due to full inboxes, inactive email accounts, or incorrect email access maintained by the user.
We retain account, transaction, subscription, invoice, uploaded file, generated report, and support information for as long as required to provide services, maintain records, resolve disputes, comply with tax/accounting/legal obligations, prevent fraud, and improve platform reliability. You may request deletion of your account and associated information by contacting contact@agrianalyze.com with the subject "Deletion of Account". Some records, including invoices, payment records, and transaction logs, may be retained where required for legal, accounting, security, or operational reasons.
